Luckily, where I live wasn’t impacted by the winter weather brought by Fern. My thoughts are with those of you who were affected—I hope you’re staying safe and warm.
My standalone stories PQARK and The Plains are back in my hands. My wonderful editor has suggested another round of edits—and you know me, I want to give you the best book possible. The Plains has already been updated with her notes, and I want to do a careful read-through to be sure I captured everything. I’ll be starting edits on PQARK this week.
Meanwhile, back in December I roughed out a standalone story set in Savannah, Georgia. For those who don’t know, Savannah is one of my favorite cities, and I visit as often as I can.
This January, I roughed out what I hoped would be a standalone—but to do the story correctly, it will be a three-book series. I’ll say more once I’m closer to finishing.
As for Jennifer’s world: The Dragon Age Prophecy Book 4 is with the developmental editor, and Book 5 (the final book) is roughed in.
In that same world, I’ll also be releasing ten standalone stories that take place between Books 4 and 5. I call this series Dernogard 10. Books 1 and 2 are close to being ready for developmental edits, and I hope to start Book 3 in March.
Blessings—back to my writing desk.
